Caribbean Beach Club - Owner-Run Resource Site

Resort Status Summary - Nov 8, 2025:

• The north and middle buildings are open. 
• The pool is open, but not the spa.
• The new power line that will enable pool and spa heating should be operational within a few days.
• The elevator is expected to be operational within a few days - an inspection is scheduled.
• Cleanup from Hurricane Milton is well underway and nearing completion -- damage was minimal. 
• The south building is closed for repairs to damage from hurricane Ian and unlikely to be available until mid-2025 at the earliest.

Here are useful resources for owners at Caribbean Beach Club, a timeshare in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.  Most of this information is not available on CBC's official web site, though all of the information is legally available to owners.

This is an owner-operated web site, not the official site of CBC.  (For that go to www.caribbeanbeachclub.net.)  Materials posted here are either public domain or available to CBC owners from the Association.  The site is hosted by longtime owner Dave Siktberg.  The Association has no role in operating or maintaining this site, and is not responsible for its content (except for the hurricane repair status update pages).

The site was launched in June 2021 and will continue to be populated with content over time.  Send content suggestions to Dave at david.siktberg@webility.md.

Two types of content will be posted initially:

• Owner materials such as newsletters, official documents, How Tos, and contact lists. This material is available to all owners from the Association, and is presented here by Dave Siktberg as a service to other owners. 
  
  A user ID and password is required to access this material, which can be requested from Dave at david.siktberg@webility.md.

• General materials about CBC for owners, guests, exchangers, and renters staying at the resort. This material is freely available to the public.
